Woodpecker Goodrich Flooring upgrade in Streatham

In Streatham, we completed a meticulous flooring upgrade over five days. We began by carefully uplifting and removing the previous floor across a nine square metre area, disposing of all waste responsibly.

To create a stable, long lasting base, we installed 12 mm exterior grade plywood over the existing floorboards, fully fixed and prepared for a premium finish.

The feature of the project is a glue down engineered wood herringbone floor in Woodpecker Goodrich Coffee, laid with precise alignment and clean, tight joints to highlight the rich tone and texture.

Around the perimeter we fitted bespoke scotia, colour matched to the floor for a seamless, tailored edge detail that complements skirtings and thresholds.

Every element was supplied and fitted by our team, from subfloor preparation to final detailing, ensuring consistent quality throughout.

The result is a warm, elegant and durable floor that elevates the space and will perform beautifully for years.
