This project features a glue down installation of our Alba range AHB1499PF herringbone engineered wood, fitted over moisture resistant chipboard for a stable, long lasting finish. Because of the subfloor type, we used a silane adhesive, Bona 848, which is water and solvent free and designed to achieve strong adhesion where it matters most.

The result is a clean, elegant herringbone layout that adds warmth and character to the room, sitting beautifully alongside the bay window and feature fireplace, and creating a refined, durable surface ready for everyday living.
