Heritage Woodcraft Biscuit staircase transformation in Croydon

For this project in Croydon we transformed a tired painted staircase into a warm, contemporary feature using Heritage Woodcraft Biscuit engineered wood. The existing stairs were stripped back and carefully prepared, then new treads, risers and a matching upper landing were installed for a seamless look from top to bottom.

We created bespoke solid nosing from the same material to give a clean finish, improved durability and a safer edge on every step. The rich biscuit tone now complements the hallway perfectly and turns what was once a purely functional staircase into an attractive part of the home.
