This Croydon loft conversion was finished with our AOE1851F plank engineered wood from the Alba range, featuring a durable UV lacquered finish that brings warmth and character to the new space.

We completed a floating plank installation and paired it with 5mm Timbertech Gold Plus underlay to help reduce sound transfer by up to 27dB, making it a practical choice for upper floors.

The boards were carefully laid to flow neatly across the rooms and into the landing area, creating a clean, consistent look throughout.

Skirting was not fitted at this stage, as it will be installed by the homeowner’s husband to complete the final detailing.
