Amtico Marlow Oak Large Parquet with borders.

Alba Flooring supplied and installed Amtico Marlow Oak from the Signature collection in a large parquet format, featuring a 6mm volcanic decor strip and a 4.5-inch matching border, in a residential property.

The installation involved creating a solid base using a 12mm flooring-grade plywood, mechanically fixed and primed, followed by 5mm of flexible fibre-reinforced smoothing compound to ensure an SR1 subfloor.

Finally, the floor was secured using Amtico HT Extra Adhesive to provide a strong, durable finish.

This stunning installation combines the natural beauty of oak with a sleek, modern finish, bringing warmth and elegance to the space.
